Keynote Speaker: Jeff Joiner

NIESC welcomes back Jeff Joiner, experienced educational consultant and trainer who has worked with school districts in 47 states observing trends and patterns of behavior within teams.  

In this session, you will walk with Jeff to explore the characteristics of extraordinary teams and focus on ways to transform your team!  You will learn how to create synergy, handle adversity and work with different personality styles.  

In this dynamic training session, Jeff will share strategies you could learn to be the very best team! This might be the most important meeting you attend all year.


Food Show Expo with HPS & GFS

Join us for a full-day of sampling and exploring food options provided by (Contracted vendors, Indiana vendors) at your leisure that will benefit your district in the following:

  • Create appealing serving lines
  • Offer appetizing items
  • Appeal to students K – 12
  • Impact your budget
  • Provide high quality at the lowest prices
  • Engage with vendors face to face
  • Foster teamwork by sampling together

Event Cancellation Policy

NIESC Cancellation Policy

Registrants who notify NIESC of their cancellation on or before the registration deadline date will not be required to pay the registration fee.

  • Registrants who cancel after the registration deadline but one week before the workshop date or call to cancel on the day of the workshop, will pay 50% of the registration fee.
  • Registrants who neglect to call or notify NIESC of their cancellation will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
  • On official school corporation weather-related cancellation days, registrants will not be required to pay registration fees
