Presenter Biography: Carrie Rosebrock is the co-author of Arrows: A Systems-Based Approach to School Leadership and currently serves as a district alignment coach who supports schools across the country. Carrie spent her first 13 years in education as an English teacher and curriculum administrator for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. She is passionate about supporting leadership teams to improve their collaboration, trust, and clarity in practice. Carrie has worked with 40+ districts across the state of Indiana, as she most recently led as a learning specialist with the Central Indiana Educational Services Center. In addition, Carrie is an adjunct professor for Butler University’s Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals (EPPSP), where she focuses on instructional leadership.
