ServSafe Food Protection Manager class and certification exam.

It covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, and more.


Time: 8:00am-6:00pm EST Test will start at approximately 4:00pm EST

Special Instructions:

Cost: Free- for schools contracting with Kaylyn MacKillop

Lunch: There will be a 1 hour lunch break. You can bring your lunch or go to a nearby restaurant.

Book: All participants must purchase ServSafe® Manager Book 7th Edition with 2017 Food Code with EXAM ANSWER SHEET.  Cost for this is $70.30 plus shipping and may be purchased at  .


Event Cancellation Policy

NIESC Cancellation Policy

Registrants who notify NIESC of their cancellation on or before the registration deadline date will not be required to pay the registration fee.

  • Registrants who cancel after the registration deadline but one week before the workshop date or call to cancel on the day of the workshop, will pay 50% of the registration fee.
  • Registrants who neglect to call or notify NIESC of their cancellation will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
  • On official school corporation weather-related cancellation days, registrants will not be required to pay registration fees
