School nutrition program requirements have you confused or overwhelmed?  NIESC members have the opportunity to contract with our own registered dietitian, Kaylyn MacKillop.  Kaylyn has been working with NIESC members since 2012. She can assist with the development of cycle menus, check lunch and breakfast menus to ensure they meet all the USDA’s requirements, analyze recipes, create production records, assist with preparations for administrative reviews, provide food safety and other relevant training, and so much more.

Our registered dietitian currently works with HPS Menu Planner to publish menus to school websites, analyze recipes, check menu for compliance,  and create production records.
