Vendor Registration

There are several opportunities for vendors to participate in the NIESC Regional RFP’s, bids or formal quotes:

Local Requests for Proposals, bids or formal quotes: Using information from participating school corporations, NIESC develops specifications, advertises, publishes, reviews, and tallies all RFP’s. The results are then taken to the school member evaluation committees for scoring and evaluation. Some of the most recent local RFP’s, bids or formal quotes that NIESC has conducted are: Waste Removal/Recycling, Cafeteria Food and Supplies, USDA Commodities, Bakery and Dairy Bids and cafeteria Milk Coolers. The NIESC Governing Board then awards the proposals bids or quotes to the most responsive and responsible vendor for each school corporation based.
