As school comes to a close and we shift our attention to summer projects, it is great to gather as a group of peers and share our thoughts of the past year as well as what we may look forward to next year.  On Thursday June 20th there will be a all-day tech staff cookout where you can bring your tech team for friendly competition, networking and a taco bar!


We will also have edtech partners bringing classroom display technologies available for you to see the latest and greatest!

  • 8:30 – 9:00 Check-In & Coffee/Donuts
  • 9:00 – 9:30 Team Building Activity
  • 9:30 – 12:00 Events & Vendor Fair
  • 12:00 – 1:00 Lunch & Vendor Fair
  • 1:00 – 2:00 Event Finals
  • 2:00 – 2:30 – Event winners, prize drawing & wrap-up

Event Cancellation Policy

NIESC Cancellation Policy

Registrants who notify NIESC of their cancellation on or before the registration deadline date will not be required to pay the registration fee.

  • Registrants who cancel after the registration deadline but one week before the workshop date or call to cancel on the day of the workshop, will pay 50% of the registration fee.
  • Registrants who neglect to call or notify NIESC of their cancellation will be responsible for paying the full registration fee.
  • On official school corporation weather-related cancellation days, registrants will not be required to pay registration fees
